Skyline Racing offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders $50 and over during promotional period.

Processing Time Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the next 1-2 business days.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States .

When the order is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. You can expect to receive this e-mail within 1 - 2 business day (usually the same day after delivery pickup.) The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number.
In order to against credit fault policy, please make sure that your billing address matches the address listed on your Credit Card Account's profile, which means the billing address has to be same as the shipping address. If the billing address is different from your shipping address, please contact your Credit Card Issuer to list your alternate shipping address in your profile. This will speed up the process of your order.

Skyline R/C Racing will offer a refund or replacement on our products subject to the terms noted below:
1) Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.
2) Skyline R/C Racing will offer a full refund (shipping charge excluded) for any unopened products returned within 15 days of invoice date.
3) All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, only within 15 days of the invoice date.
